Early 2023 we realized a second bathroom upstairs 

Rental costs include booking costs, tourist taxes, end cleaning, water and use of WIFI.

Free use of the outside pool (from about May till September).

Dogs: € 35,-- per dog per period.

There are 4 bikes, which you can use. They are not included in the rent.

Costs of gas and light are calculated afterwards.

The deposit of €150,00 must be paid in advance.

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel up to 2 months before the start of the rental period. We will then charge half of the rental price as cancellation costs. In case of later cancellation or premature termination of stay, the full rental amount is due. To avoid disappointments, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance!
